Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every PSTUDIO product and service, and to anyone using them — account holders, their staff and anyone acting on their behalf. Breaching it is a breach of our Terms of Service.

You may not use our services to commit fraud, to impersonate another person or organisation, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, or to create or verify accounts on third-party platforms in bulk or in breach of those platforms' rules.

You may not use our services to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to harass or threaten anyone, to distribute illegal content, or to evade sanctions, platform bans or law-enforcement processes.

Virtual numbers supplied through PSTUDIO SMS are provided for lawful personal and business use, such as privacy-preserving sign-ups, business messaging and testing your own systems.

They must not be used for mass account creation, for circumventing the terms of any third-party service, for fraud or identity deception, or for any activity that would breach the rules of the underlying network or number provider.

Availability of countries, services and number types depends entirely on our upstream providers and on applicable local law, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

We apply rate limiting, velocity checks and automated abuse detection across our services. Accounts showing patterns consistent with fraud or bulk abuse may be restricted or suspended pending review.

We maintain audit and activity logs, and we cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, network operators and law enforcement.

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, restrict specific features, suspend the account, or terminate it permanently. Serious or repeated breaches result in immediate termination.

Where an account is terminated for abuse, unused points and balances may be forfeited, and we may decline to serve that person or organisation again.
