Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 13 September 2026

01

Information we collect

When you contact us, book a consultation or place an order, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your project. If you upload files as part of a brief, we store those too.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — pages visited, referring site, browser type and approximate location derived from IP address — through our analytics provider. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

02

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you ordered, process payments, send transactional messages about your order or booking, and keep records required for accounting and tax.

We send marketing email only to people who have explicitly opted in, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works.

03

Payment information

We never collect, see or store raw card details. Payments are processed entirely by our secure payment providers through their own secure flows. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, the status and the last four digits of the instrument used.

04

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, ever. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment processors, email delivery, cloud hosting and analytics — and only to the extent each needs to perform its function.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

05

Retention

Project records, contracts and invoices are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Uploaded project files are deleted twelve months after final delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

06

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond within thirty days.

07

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site.

08

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client data is restricted by role, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what we are doing about it.
