Payment Security Disclosure

PSTUDIO WEB takes payment security seriously. Currently, online card payments made through our website are processed through Flutterwave, a third-party payment service provider that maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

Payment card information is handled through Flutterwave's secure payment infrastructure in accordance with applicable payment card security standards.

If additional payment providers are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the payment providers used and their applicable security arrangements.

We do not directly collect or store customers' full payment card numbers, CVV security codes or other sensitive card authentication credentials.

Payment details are submitted securely through our authorized payment processors. We may receive limited transaction information, including payment references, transaction amounts, payment status and the last four digits of a payment card, where provided by the payment processor.

Our payment processing arrangements are designed to protect customers against unauthorised access and misuse of payment information.

Security measures may include encrypted payment connections, secure payment gateways, transaction monitoring and fraud-prevention mechanisms provided by our payment partners.
